Hafeez Ullah is the Founder and Chairman of Razay Mustafa Welfare Foundation (RMWF). Under his visionary guidance, the foundation has grown from a local initiative to a multi-service welfare network. He directs long-term strategic planning, builds international and domestic partnerships with institutional donors, and oversees all major fundraising and welfare initiatives.
